Any session may include any of the following: squats, burpees, lunges, running, skipping, press-ups, exercises with medicine balls, boxing, targeted interval training to focus on your core, arms or legs.
Every session is different but is designed to work the whole body, challenge you but be enjoyable.
Bootcamp can be a great introduction to exercise as often you work with partners or in teams and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.
